| Important information for candidates |
Dear candidates for the Part II exam 2012,
The date for the exam is now approaching. Please make sure that you have looked at the different groups and seen your name in one of them. Also take note of the timing of your group in order to be on time for the exam.
This year, the Fellowship Diplomas will be handed out at the end of the exam for those candidates that have passed and can therefore be called FELLOWS of the EBEORL-HNS. If you have passed the exam you will have to satisfy the final amount of 200,0 euros in order to collect your Fellow Diploma before leaving the examination center, no payment can be made by credit card and you will have to pay in cash (please take money with you to the exam). In the past years, we have had many problems sending the Diplomas abroad and many never reached destination or were returned back, in order to avoid this situation we have decided to give them at the end of the exam.
IMPORTANT: The name that will appear in the Fellow Diploma is the same as the one that is published in the document ´Relation of candidates and round allocated´. If your name is not correct please let me know now as after the 1st November the Diplomas will be printed and I will not be able to change them in situ!!!!!!
Make sure you take to the exam venue your ID or passport otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the exam room.
