Dear friends,
The next Part II exam of the European Board exam in ORL-HNS will take place on the 19th November 2011, in Vienna, Austria.
Following the successful Part I exam that took place recently in Barcelona (last 2nd July), we already have over 70 candidates registered for next Part II. We will therefore need many examiners to cover all potential candidates in Vienna.
Examiners should be able to arrive to the Astoria Hotel on Friday the 18th to assist a preparatory meeting at 16.00 hours. At the end of this meeting we will enjoy an early dinner at the Sacher Hotel (walking distance from the Astoria Hotel).
On Saturday the 19th November we will all have a hard day ahead. Exam will start at 07.00 hours and will finish around 19.00 hours. We will also enjoy a nice meal that evening.
On Sunday the 20th examiners will be free to go back home whenever or stay and enjoy the wonderful city of Vienna.
All expenses for this exam will be covered by the Board: two nights at the Astoria Hotel, meals and dinners and a fixed amount of 200 euro in cash to cover travel expenses.
We need to know as soon as possible how many of you will be able to participate as examiners in this second edition of the Part II exam and accept the compromised schedule above mentioned.
