Dear doctors,
The Part I exam for 2020 cannot be held in the usual form due to the COVID pandemia and the travelling restrictions across Europe and other continents.
We are dealing with the Heidelberg University to set up an on-line Part I exam. This arrangements are very promising and we are hoping to have the final answer very soon.
It is very likely that we will be holding the exam on-line and candidates will be able to do it from home. The probable date will be in November, same day and time for all candidates worldwide.
As soon as we have confirmation of this (very soon) you will all be informed by mail.
A registration for the on-line exam will open (you will be told when) and those candidates that had already paid one of the Part I exams that were scheduled for 6th June will see the payment transferred for the on-line exam.
In due course you will receive the confirmation of the on-line exam, with the date and time and the information about the opening of the registration and how to proceed with it.
