As we have not heard from you regarding your attendance to Vienna Part II exam as part of the Faculty we are resending you the mail sent earlier in June for your consideration.
Please, could you reply if you will be available to attend or not in order to manage a good organisation?

Dear friends,
We are now contacting you regarding the next Part II exam of the EBEORL-HNS that will be held on the 7th November 2015 in Vienna.
Examiners will be expected to arrive to Vienna on Friday the 6th November at midday. The pre-harmonization meeting will be held at 16.00 hours, ALL examiners will have to attend this meeting.
The exam will take place on Saturday the 7th November and will take all day. A relaxing evening dinner has been organised at the end of a hard working day after the exam.
Examiners can make their way back home at anytime on Sunday the 8th.
We are expecting a large number of candidates this year (which keeps growing every year) and we will then need quite a large number of examiners as well to cover all tables and rounds.
We know that we all have many commitments throughout the year but we would like to ask you for your help and effort as examiners in this exam.
It is essential for us to know well in advance those colleagues that can attend the exam and can confirm their assistance for us to plan the logistics of it.
We would like to ask you for a prompt answer as to your availability to attend Part II exam next November.
The most important part of this exam are the Human Resources, that is, the EXAMINERS! Without all of you the exam would be a complete failure. Thanks to you all, the exam has been a success in previous editions and we hope to continue in the same line.
Examiners will have two nights covered in this hotel for the exam (Friday and Saturday nights). Should you wish to stay longer, please contact the hotel as you will get a special price for extending your booking.
You will also get a reimbursement of 300 euro towards the cost of your transport to Vienna.
ALL examiners attending Vienna 2015 are kindly asked to bring to Vienna (or send it by mail to me at anytime before the exam) 5 multiple choice questions and 2 oral guided question for our pool.
