Those candidates that have register for one of the EBEORL exams and do not sit the exam will be regulated by one of the following scenarios:

1. Candidates that inform the Coordinator of the exam at least 30 days before the date of the exam will be charged a total amount of 300 euro for "Administration expenses". The rest of the fee payed will be deducted from the fee due to pay next time they register.

2. Candidates that inform the Coordinator of the exam less than 30 days before the date of the exam will lose the full amount paid.

Candidates that register and pay the fee for one of the EBEORL exam assume the responsibility of sitting it. Because the number of candidates is restricted and we are based on the rule "First come, first served" those candidates that decide to cancel the exam at short notice have not allowed other candidates to register and this situation harms the well running and the equal opportunity policy of the exam.
